For decades, pregnancy centers in Minnesota have been a vital support system for women and families facing unexpected pregnancies. These centers have offered free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, options consultations, material support, and educational resources.

Yet, as pro-abortion narratives have grown more intense, the very existence of these centers has been challenged by confusion, misinformation, and shifting public narratives.

The Pregnancy Center Coalition of Minnesota (PCCMN) was formed to meet this moment with unity. Organized by pregnancy center leaders with ample experience in serving communities across the state, PCCMN exists to advocate publicly for the truth about pregnancy centers, to unify messaging, and to protect access to life-affirming care.

Our coalition believes that every Minnesotan deserves accurate information and that pregnancy centers should be understood, respected, and supported.

PCCMN’s purpose is rooted in a shared vision: to be the leading, unified voice for pregnancy resource centers and medical clinics so that every Minnesotan knows the truth about the important work and impact PRCs have in Minnesota.

We also draw on the strength and experience of executive directors from across Minnesota to educate the public, media, and policymakers about the mission and impact of pregnancy centers.

Our Three Core Priorities

PCCMN exists to strengthen and protect pregnancy resource centers across the state through three priorities. Together, these areas create a clear, unified approach to advocacy, excellence, and long-term impact.

• Unified Messaging
  We promote clear, accurate messaging that reflects the important work pregnancy resource centers do every day: supporting babies, mothers, fathers, and families. By aligning language and communication across centers, we help build public understanding, trust, and credibility statewide.
• Professional Training & Collaboration
  We equip centers through shared training, leadership development, and collaboration. From professional meetings and peer learning to comprehensive ultrasound training for qualified nurses, PCCMN strengthens services while reducing costs and isolation for individual centers.
• Legislative Engagement
  We engage in informed and responsible advocacy at the Capitol, ensuring that pregnancy centers are accurately represented in public policy conversations. Our legislative work is grounded in our unified messaging and real-world experience, helping decision-makers understand the value and impact of pregnancy centers.

Together, these priorities allow PCCMN to speak with one voice, strengthen care on the ground, and advocate effectively for pregnancy centers across Minnesota.
